| The goal of our shipping policy is to charge a fair price while encouraging customers to combine their orders whenever possible, since this reduces costs for both of us. We have a $6 minimum and a $15 maximum shipping charge for packages shipped within the USA. Larger packages (over 4 lbs.) are usually sent by UPS Ground, with tracking and insurance. Smaller shipments are sent via USPS, by Priority Mail, or first class for very light packages. Kitbash Depot is pleased to ship anywhere in the world, for estimated postage plus US$2.00 to cover preparation of customs forms & other special handling. Due to the great variation in rates to different countries, we cannot offer a cap on shipping charges for international as we do for US shipments. International packages are shipped via USPS First Class International, or Priority International for large packages. We will make special arrangements (Guaranteed Express Mail, for example) on request. Return Policy:
Kitbash Depot accepts returns unconditionally for 60 days after purchase, for a full refund including outbound shipping charges. We do not pay for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We will work with you to replace or repair product deficiencies, locate missing parts, etc. whenever possible. |
